Monterey Jack Salsa Dip by Sharon Hodgdon
- 1 can of chopped green chilies (whatever strength you like hot, medium etc.)
- 1 can chopped black olives
- 2-3 roma tomatoes diced
- Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (chunkier-not the shredded) about 1 cup each or mixed bag if you can get it.
- 1 bunch of green onions-however many you like
- Fresh cilantro to taste-do not use the dried
- Italian dressing to taste-I like Seven Seas Viva Italian but you can use any brand you like
I usually double this recipe. Mix together, but make sure it is not soggy.
