Layered Chicken Curry Dip - Chady Hall

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 c cottage cheese

1/4 c sour cream

2 t curry powder

1/2 c Raffetto Chut-nut or chutney, chopped

1/3 c green onions, chopped (save some for garnish)

1/3 c raisins, chopped

1/3 c coconut, shredded

1 c chicken, cooked, chopped

1/2 c salted peanuts, chopped

In food processor, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, & curry powder.  Process until smooth.  Spread mixture on bottom of a platter or quiche dish.  Top with chut-nut, green onions, raisins, coconut, chicken and peanuts, in that order.  Cover & refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.  Serve with assorted crackers.  Yield - 4 cups.
